This 90-min Workshop is dedicated to helping you:
Recognize the clues and early signals that upset is brewing, so you have options for meeting it differently.
Identify what you need to feel steady after a meltdown—yours or your child’s—and nervous system supports for reconnecting with your good thinking.
Understand how "mismatches" and subsequent "repairs" with our kids are not signs of failure, but rather opportunities for strengthening connection.
