I’m a child development specialist with a background in play therapy, education, and running youth programs where kids feel seen and supported.

If you’re raising a kid who feels things intensely, avoids challenges/demands, and keeps you on your toes—I imagine you’re exhausted! I’m here to help.

I support parents through the preschool and elementary years with practical tools for parenting with the nervous system in mind, and your own needs at the front of the line. Because parents need WAY more support, especially when neurodiversity is in the mix for your child, you, or both.

I’ll be your advocate and supporter, your sounding board and guide.
